INTERNATIONAL Personal Finance has appointed former T-Mobile UK managing director Richard Moat to its board as a non-executive director.

The appointment will be effective from July 1.

Mr Moat has spent more than 20 years in the telecommunications sector, latterly as deputy chief executive and chief financial officer of Everything Everywhere, the UK's largest mobile telecommunications company.
