ENGINEERING firm 600 Group has sold its South Africa-based subsidiary but has warned that full year results are expected to fall below market expectations.

The Leeds-based group has offloaded 600 SA (Proprietary) to Eqstra Holdings for £1.86m.

It has also sold a freehold property at Shepshed, Leicestershire, for £1.2m.
