REGENERATION specialist St Modwen is progressing several sites across Yorkshire after seeing sustained occupier demand across its portfolio in the region.

The company has reported profit before tax of £34.9m for the six months to May 31, down from £37.9m last year.

However, the group saw a 48% increase over the period in realised property profits to £16.6m.
