PROPOSALS for how Allied London plans to revitalise Clarence Dock in Leeds into a destination for start-up and creative businesses are to be unveiled.

Under the plans, Clarence Dock is to be rebranded as New Dock - the site's original name from when it constructed in the nineteenth century.

As reported by TheBusinessDesk.com earlier this year, property company Allied London bought the 150-year head lease on the 1.2m sq ft Clarence Dock scheme from Lend Lease.
