JAMES Latham has sold one of its former bases in a £1m-plus deal.

Precious Holdings has acquired the 64,558 sq ft site in Ossett, West Yorkshire, from the wood-based panel products, hardwoods and specialist softwoods distributor.

The sale follows James Latham's regional move to Capitol Park in Tingley, Leeds, last year.
