ENGINEERING firm Group Rhodes marked a visit by Business Secretary Vince Cable to announce a clutch of exports orders valued at £24.5m.

The Wakefield-based company said the orders would help to secure its future and lead to the creation of new jobs in both design engineering and application disciplines.

Mr Cable also praised Yorkshire business LNT Group for its investment in staff during a visit to its headquarters yesterday.
