Martyn Harrison is chairman of family-owned property development business S Harrison Group.

Founded by Mr Harrison's father, Stanley, in 1952, sold its construction arm to stock market listed Rok in a deal worth £3.2m last September. S Harrison has since moved its headquarters to York and leased its former offices in Malton to Rok.

The group's S Harrison Developments arm is concentrating on areas of work including healthcare, hotels and nursing homes.
