THE head chef at Harrogate's Oakdale Golf Club is set to open a bar and restaurant in the town.

Darren Gladman and his wife Debbie are transforming the basement of former office buildings in Princes Square into The Square.

He said: "We believe the location will help connect the upper and lower areas of Harrogate’s town centre particularly as we’ll be offering a definite area in The Square Bar where people can simply sit and relax while having a drink and perhaps something to eat from our lighter bar menu.......for the full story register now for free or login below...
