FORMER restaurant manager Javier De La Hormoza is launching a premium Spanish food business.

Mr De La Hormoza is behind Harrogate-based Grey's Fine Foods is already delivering to delicatessens, restaurants and private clients.

The new business represents a change of direction having previously been manager at Ilkley's Martha & Vincent Restaurant and food and beverage manager at the former Mint Hotel in Leeds.
