ITM heads £4.7m eco project

CLEAN fuel firm ITM Power is to lead a £4.7m project to develop a hydrogen vehicle refuelling system on the Isle of Wight.
The Sheffield business will design and build two hydrogen refuellers linked to the island's power grid allowing renewable energy to be stored and used in vehicles.
The scheme is receiving £2.3m from the Government with £1.3m going directly to ITM Power and is part of a wider project known as Eco-island aiming to make the Isle of Wight self-sufficient on energy,
