THE former home of lender Provident Financial has been sold.

Joseph Brennan House, which also housed NHS staff, has been bought by Trivelles Hotels and Resorts. The asking price was £1.2m.

Shazad Mahmood, from Eddisons, said: ‘This is a well known building in a prominent location, close to the University, which was reflected in the interest received and the price we were able to achieve for our client.’
