A DANISH company has been acquired by AESPUMP, a subsidiary of Yorkshire-based mechanical seals manufacturer AESSEAL.

AESPUMP is a market leader in the management of pump assets for the process industries including petrochemicals, food and drink and pharmaceuticals.

The company has bought Ultimate Vacuum in a deal which marks AESPUMP's first overseas acquisition.

The deal follows AESPUMP’s purchase of pump repairer and supplier Absolute Vacuum earlier this year.
