AN industrial park has been acquired by Avon Capital Estates from BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management for £5.19m.

The 110,415 sq ft site is located one mile from Leeds city centre. The deal reflects a net initial yield of 8.9%.

The park comprises a total of 13 units and tenants include Brake Bros, Just Car Clinics, Clear Channel UK and HWL Trade Frames.
