Bradford weathering economic storm - Wright

BRADFORD Chamber president Stephen Wright believes the city is well placed to weather the economic gloom.
Mr Wright highlighted the Chamber's Rising Starts programme, which has worked with 136 businesses in the last year, as evidence of the economic activity in the city.
He was speaking after the Chamber's annual general meeting which saw Lisa Cooper of Clissold Group, Nasreen Karim of Platinum Partnership Solicitors and John Lee of Newsquest were voted in as council members.

Depressing! Bradford is poor in all respects, not a pleasure to commute through, WestField and Bulls sums it up, needs a major boot up the backside from government as all local agencies and politicians have failed miserably to make a real difference.
