The sale of a heating and refrigeration equipment business has saved 80 jobs.

North Sea Ventilation went into administration on Friday and has now been bought by Terton Ltd, a newly formed company.

Terton is owned by Hull-based Dynac UK led by Paul Hart who was a director of North Sea Ventilation until last year.
