A 19th Century clothes factory turned office block has had a major refurbishment helping to attract two new tenants.

The Joseph's Well building in Leeds has welcomed Involve Yorkshire and Humber and Fundraising Vision with further deals expected soon.

The distinctive building on the edge of the city centre was originally built for Leeds clothing magnate Sir John Barran.
