TRACSIS, the transport data software firm, today said growth across the group would slow unless it makes acquisitions, a strategy seen as "pivotal" to its future success.

The Leeds-based business also confirmed that it expects to report results in line with analyst expectations for the year to the end of July.

This would see revenues exceed £8.5m and adjusted EBITDA reach £3m. Debt free, Tracsis has cash of £7.5m.
