INDUSTRIAL belting firm Fenner has agreed to buy a Scandanavian group of companies completing a hat-trick of deals in the space of a week.

Its Norwegian subsidiary is buying Mandals which makes speciality hoses and circular looms that manufacture the fabric used in hose production. The business has assets worth £9.9m.

Hessle-based Fenner is also buying American Industrial Plastics, a precision machining company based in Florida.
