ELECTRONICS components supplier Premier Farnell has completed its acquisition of China-based Shenzhen Embest Technology Co.

Shenzhen Embest Technology Co is a leading provider of embedded system development boards and tools, as well as design engineering services.

The company has gross assets of around £500,000.

It will report through element14, Leeds-based Premier Farnell's operating business in Asia Pacific, and provide services to customers across the world.
