PREMIER Foods has agreed a £200m deal to sell leading food brands including Robertson's and Sun-Pat to US food giant Hain Celestial.

The deal sees Hain Celestial buy the firm's Histon factory, near Cambridge, which produces most of the products involved.

Hain Celestial bought Leeds-based Daniels Group last year.
