GREENHAVEN Homes is set to regenerate a former chemical works after signing a deal with the Homes and Communities Agency.

The deal, which will see Greenhaven receive a £2.5m loan from the HCA, is the first project in the region under the Government's 'Get Britain Building' scheme.

Pudsey-based Greenhaven will build 66 homes on the site of the former Lambson chemical works in Castleford.
