METIS Law is set to become the anchor tenant in a city centre redevelopment scheme.

The firm has taken a lease on 3,500 sq ft at the 84 Albion Street scheme in Leeds under development by Commercial Estates Group.

The move follows a period of rapid expansion for the firm including a new equity partner and three solicitors in the last three months.

Partner John Barker said: "As a firm we are trying to take a different approach and we want the space we are in to reflect that."
