PLANS to redevelop Bradford's historic Odeon site have been thrown into disarray after its owner called a halt to the scheme.

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has terminated a legal agreement with Langtree Artisan after accusing the developer of failing to comply with the terms for the development of the site.

Langtree blamed a mixture of "commercial realities" and "legal complexities" for the scheme's failure.
