Crossgates Shopping Centre changes hands in £29.5m deal

Crossgates Shopping Centre
THE £29.5m sale of Crossgates Shopping Centre in Leeds to Praxis Holdings has been confirmed.
Colliers International, on behalf of Donegal Place Investments, managed the deal.
The 150,000 sq ft, freehold shopping centre, anchored by Tesco and Wilkinson, was acquired with an 8.5% initial yield.
