STEVE Hull has sold management software business Sawfish Software to TDX Group.

York-based Sawfish will be lead by new managing director Craig White with Mr Hull exiting the business.

Sawfish Software was launched in 2004 after Mr Hull bought The Sales Consultancy for £25,000 from administrators and rebranded it.

He said: "We are delighted to have found a partner in TDX which can take the business forward and continue to deliver market leading software solutions to the industry."
