FORMER Walker Morris executive chairman Peter Smart has been appointed the new chairman at children's museum Eureka! as Asda Money head Kirsty Ward joins the board.

The two appointments have been confirmed as the museum prepares to open its new £2.9m 'Me & My Body' gallery.

Mr Smart replaces Redhall engineering chairman David Jackson as chairman of the museum's board of trustees.
