HEALTHCARE technology company Avacta has made "solid commercial progress" despite seeing annual losses increase, its chief executive said today.

Announcing the Wetherby-based company's results for the year ended July 31, chief executive Alastair Smith said the business was pleased with progress across all its product lines.

AIM-listed Avacta develops healthcare technology, reagents and consumables to help reduce the costs of drug development and to improve diagnostics.
