INDUSTRIAL belting and seal business Fenner is buying an Australian group, it announced this morning.

The company's subsidiary Fenner Dunlop Australia is acquiring the privately-owned ACE group which has gross assets valued at £10.4m.

Based in New South Wales, ACE specialises in supplying conveyor systems for surface and underground mining.
