THE Humber Local Enterprise Partnership has welcomed the opportunity to bid for a City Deal for Hull and the Humber.

Lord Haskins, chairman of the Humber LEP, said: “The public and private sectors working together are keen to take on more responsibility for the Humber’s economic future, so we welcome the opportunity to develop our proposal for a deal.
