DATONG, the covert intelligence gathering equipment company, has announced that group sales director John Kirtland has left the business.

The Leeds-based business said the decision, reached by mutual consent, was made because Mr Kirtland was unable to relocate to Leeds, a move Datong had been pushing for.

Mr Kirtland has left the group with immediate effect.
