Maplin plugs into store expansion

ELECTRICALS specialist Maplin Electronics plans to open 100 new stores and create hundreds of jobs after securing a £20m revolving credit facility from Lloyds Bank.
The Rotherham-based retailer presently has 200 stores throughout the UK and aims to increase this number to 300 by 2015.
