THE completion of two deals has seen the final space taken at the Thorncliffe Park Industrial Estate.

B. Braun Medical has taken 16,500 sq ft while UKayed Trade Solutions will occupy 33,000 sq ft.

UKayed Trade Solutions, an online retailer of toys and home goods, was a Mountcity tenant at nearby Provincial Park and relocated to Thorncliffe following its own expansion.
