A NEW research and development facility has been sold in a multi-million pound deal. 

Redwood House, a 20,000 sq ft purpose-built property at Northminster Business Park in York, has been bought by international engineering business Renishaw.

The facility was commissioned by laser measurement company Measurement Devices (MDL), recently acquired by Renishaw.
