New headquarters for Andrew Jackson

LAW firm Andrew Jackson has moved to a new head office in Hull city centre.

The move follows a £600,000 refurbishment of 17,500 sq ft of office space at Marina Court.

Twelve separate offices have been transformed into one contemporary office space over three floors. The work was carried out by Chameleon Business Interiors on behalf of the premises’ owner, Hull property development specialists the Wykeland Group.

“We had been searching for a new office for several years,” said Andrew Jackson’s managing partner Rob Penrose. “We are committed to the region and have great confidence in the city.

“Marina Court suits our requirements perfectly. It is in a perfect location on the marina and is in the Fruit Market, an up-and-coming area of the city for professional services firms, as well as leisure and entertainment.

“We have enjoyed working with Wykeland, Hobson & Porter and Chameleon Business Interiors, who have provided us with a tremendous working environment.”

Chameleon Business Interior’s MD Shaun Watts added: “We have worked very closely with Andrew Jackson for over a year to ensure that this project exceeds their expectations.

“This level of investment in Hull by a local firm shows real confidence in the city’s future and we are delighted to have been given the opportunity to design and fit out this building, bringing it back to life.

“The end result is a significant investment in a working environment that is inspired by its people and the aspirations of the firm.”
