Belgravium completes acquisition of FDP

BELGRAVIUM Technologies’ acquisition of workforce management firm Feedback Data (FDP) has been completed.

The £600,000 deal between Bradford-based Belgravium Technologies and East Sussex’s FDP was subject to an approval from FDP’s shareholders and an adjustment to reflect the debt/cash position at completion.
 
Belgravium supplies and manages a range of mobile computing services with a focus on the logistics, transportation and mobile retailing sectors.
 
FDP specialises in workforce management for companies operating in both the industrial and retail environments with clients within the logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, leisure and consumer retail.
