Property Appointments: LSH; Shulmans; Savills

THE Sheffield office of national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has expanded its property management team.

It has appointed Roisin Rooney, who joins as a graduate from Sheffield Hallam University and Liam Knagg, who has moved over from LSH’s Leeds office to support the team with its increasing workload.

Katy Brindley, associate director and head of the property management team, said: “Our complete property management offering is unique in Sheffield and our client portfolio has grown substantially over the first half of the year.” 

SIMON Jackson, head of the commercial property team at Shulmans has been promoted to the board at the law firm.

Mr Jackson joined Shulmans in 1988 and was promoted to partner in 1991. He has headed the commercial property Simon Jackson of Shulmans department for 20 years.

Mr Jackson has also been appointed as president of the Leeds Jewish Representative Council.

He said: “I’m delighted to have joined the board at Shulmans. It’s a very exciting period for the firm with the planned move to Wellington Place and the property team continues to grow with more new appointments joining the team this month.

“I’m also very honoured to have been elected president of the Leeds Jewish Representative Council.”


SAVILLS Leeds has bolstered its team with two new appointments. Dorothy Tyrtania and Oliver Freer

Planner Oliver Freer and housing investment consultancy graduate Dorothy Tyrtania join the property firm, which has offices in Leeds and York.

Head of office Paul Fairhurst said: “These new appointments signify the strengths and opportunities in the Leeds and northern property market at present. We welcome Oliver and Dorothy and wish them every success in their career with Savills.”
