Keepmoat creates new hub

KEEPMOAT will relocate more than 100 members of its team to the firm’s new property services head office, which has undergone a  six figure refurbishment programme.

Investor and developer Rushbond let the Holbeck office building to community regeneration and house building firm Keepmoat after the building underwent an extensive transformation.

The new10,100 sq ft office will become the hub for Keepmoat Property Services (KPS) – a national provider of repair and maintenance services for local authorities, housing providers, insurance companies, police authorities and private homeowners.

Mike Edwards from Keepmoat said: “Property services is one of four key areas within Keepmoat which has seen significant growth over the last twelve months. The division recently secured work from the Leeds City Council PFI scheme and this office will be the national head office for the property services business, supporting a number of operational depots across the country.”

Carter Towler and Harvey Burns acted as agents on the development.
