Blue Steel 45 provides right package for Royal Mail

THE former Carlsberg distribution facility, which has now been branded Blue Steel 45, has been let to Royal Mail.

The property on Cross Green Industrial Estate is one of the largest modern distribution units available in Leeds extending to around 155,000 sq ft.

As the unit is let short term, GVA’s Yorkshire industrial and distribution team is continuing to market the facility on a leasehold and long leasehold basis on behalf of A.D.Rodger and R.N. Phillips Joint LPA Receivers.

Iain McPhail, associate at GVA, said: “The property has seen strong interest since becoming available and has benefited from the recent infrastructure improvements to the Cross Green Industrial Estate including the opening of Junction 45 of the M1 and upgrade of the A63 Pontefract Lane which links the estate with the M621.
