Peter Garrett, managing director of Keyland Developments, said: “We have worked long and hard with the Council and Duchy residents to ensure an appropriate reuse of this excellent redundant brownfield site and are delighted with the outcome.”

Ian Hessay, managing director of Linden Homes North, added: “We are excited at the prospect of delivering some very special homes in this exceptional location.”
