A LEEDS creative agency is marking a double celebration after securing a commission from the Department for Children, Schools and Families and becoming an approved supplier to Education Leeds.

ICM Creative Communications has played a key role in designing two interactive CDs to promote a national procurement system for schools to help teachers and education managers tap into the benefits of the new system.
