JOHN Lewis has announced a £1.3m investment in its Sheffield department store which will see the refurbishment of the ground floor and include a new-look beauty hall.

The plans will see the beauty hall extended and refitted while new brands will be added.

Work on the project is due to start in August and completed in October.
