CONCRETE manufacturer Bison has been taken over by a consortium in a last minute deal only hours after it went into administrative receivership leaving 100 regional staff facing an uncertain future.
Privately-owned construction company Laing O'Rourke, which has an office in Leeds, has acquired the majority operations of Bison under a newly formed company - Bison Manufacturing .
