Growth adds up to relocation for Armstrong Watson

ACCOUNTANTS, business and financial advisory firm Armstrong Watson has moved its Leeds office team to a new location in the centre of the city’s business district on the back of continued growth.

The move, which brings all of the team to 10 South Parade on one open plan floor, has been prompted by the new strategic direction the firm is taking in the city with its business advisory services and the expansion of both new and existing areas of the business.

In the past 12 months Armstrong Watson has introduced a new restructuring division, consolidated the corporate finance team from across other Yorkshire offices into Leeds and seen organic growth in both corporate and business services work as well as a record year for its financial planning and wealth management division.

The move has also opened up opportunity for the recruitment of further key individuals and the firm says it is not ruling out the opportunity for a further acquisition.
