THE Northern Leadership Academy (NLA) is delivering a series of training and leadership programmes to ensure that the region's SMEs have the entrepreneurial skills in place to tackle the challenges of the future.

York and Sheffield Hallam universities, which are both academy centres of the Yorkshire Forward funded academy, will be running a programme of leadership training in November and December designed to support the development of business in the region.
