Law firm makes key appointment

PETER Foskett has joined Lupton Fawcett Denison Till (LFDT) from Gordons.

Foskett is a family law practitioner with specialisms in high net worth financial settlements and will be joined by his colleagues from Gordons, solicitor Matthew Miles and chartered legal executive Sarah James.

The trio will strengthen the nine-strong family law team at LFDT, which is headed up by Andrea Dyer.

Mr Foskett said: “We are looking forward to bringing our in-depth experience in all matters relating to family law to the existing team. We will also be able to draw on the skills of other departments such as residential property, wills, tax and estate planning to offer a holistic approach for our clients.”
