York care home snapped up
A CARE home in York has been acquired in a £5.1m deal.
Target Healthcare, a Jersey-based specialist investor in UK care homes, exchanged contracts to acquire a modern, purpose-built care home in York under construction earlier this year.
Now complete, the York-based care home has been snapped up and leased to Leeds-headquartered Ideal Carehomes Group for 35 years.
Ideal is part of the LNT Group, run by Yorkshire entrepreneur Lawrence Tomlinson.
