Nostrum Group expands
FINANCIAL services technology company Nostrum Group has expanded at Windsor Court in Harrogate by leasing an additional 3,300 sq ft.
Nostrum Group has been based in Windsor Court for over 10 years and the company now employs 65 people.
As a result of continued expansion, the group now occupies more than 10,000 sq ft across the Windsor Court and Windsor House development making it one of the largest occupiers on site.
Neil Warman, chief financial officer of Nostrum, says: “We are experiencing unprecedented demand for our product and services and needed to expand our operations within Harrogate, alongside opening a new office in London. The Windsor House complex offers us excellent central accommodation and room to support our growth aspirations”.
National property consultants Carter Jonas are letting agents for Windsor House and Windsor Court. Steven Soper, surveyor from the firm, has overseen the lettings.
