Branch openings to deliver £15m turnover boost this year

STAFFORCE, the Rotherham-headquarted recruitment company, has grown its branch numbers by one-quarter in 2015 as it targets an increase in turnover of £15m this year.

It has just opened in Ipswich and Carlisle, to add to January launches in Doncaster, Sheffield, Wolverhampton and London’s Docklands, and now has 30 on-site and branch locations.

The current growth is being fuelled by an increase in private sector hiring and director Tony Boorman says the company “has some truly ambitious growth plans for the next five years” as it seeks to rapidly increase its £66m turnover.

It is forecasting £81m for the current financial year and is aiming for £200m by 2020.

He added: “There is a lot of work to do, but through the judicious targeting of areas where we can launch new branches and a strategic approach to M&As, everyone in the business is confident we can achieve it.”

The company recently appointed Victoria Gribben to implement a mergers and acquisitions strategy while it will continue to grow its national network organically.
