Appointments: Mills & Reeve, Provide Education, Duchy Homes, Bridon

LAW firm MIlls & Reeve is adding to its Leeds office with the appointment of Ellie Milner as senior associate.

Ms Milner joins from Langleys Solicitors in York where she was a private client solicitor.

She will be part of the plrivate client team led by partner Julia Rangecroft.

Ms Rangecroft said: “We are delighted to welcome Ellie on board. She will be a valuable addition to our nationally recognised private client team in Leeds.”

The Mills & Reeve private client team have been named Private Client Team of the Year at the Legal Business Awards 2015 and Regional Firm of the Year at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards.

RECRUITMENT agency Provide Education has appointed Laura Brown as its new recruitment consultant.

She previously worked for Page Personnel, a recruitment consultancy specialising in finance and, before that, held a senior position at Phones4U.

Director of Provide Education Barry Simmons said: “It’s great to have Laura on board to help us recruit new teaching staff.

“We service around 500 schools in the Yorkshire and East Midlands region and it’s important that we have enough supply staff available to meet the constant demand.

“We need someone who is able to headhunt and source the high calibre of candidate needed to fit a range of job vacancies.”

A DIGITAL marketing manager has been appointed at Duchy Homes.

Craig Popplewell had been working for the developer as an external consultant, and has been awarded the in house position

DONCASTER-BASED Wire manufacturer Bridon has appointed a marketing analyst, Katie Bartram.

Ms Bartram previously worked at fence manufacturer Betafence, where she was the firm’s marketing manager for the whole of the UK and Ireland.

Bridon Global Sector marketing manager Gavin Turner said: “Katie joins us at an exciting time for the company as we have recently developed phase two of our customer focused service, following the successful launch of ‘My Bridon’ last year.
“I’m sure her industry knowledge and marketing skills will be a very valuable asset to the team.

“Katie will play an instrumental role in developing our total cost of ownership campaign which will see us further collaborate with our customers to help them reduce their operational costs.”
