Appointments: Clarke’s Environmental, Ben Bailey Homes

ASBESTOS removal firm Clarke’s Environmental has made two senior appointments to further bolster the ranks of the growing firm.

The Northallerton-based business has a new operations director in Danny Francis.

Vicky Wilson, the current finance director of sister-company HCS Mechanical Services, has now been appointed as finance director of Clarke’s.

Mr Francis, who joined the business in 2008 and has been promoted from contracts manager. He said: “As operations director I’m delighted to be working alongside Vicky and being instrumental in taking Clarke’s Environmental to the next level in line with our longer term growth strategy.”

Vicky said: “We are firmly focussed on growing our reputation as a leading national specialist in asbestos removal, and I am excited to be working closely with Danny at this formative period.”

WAKEFIELD-BASED housebuilder Ben Bailey Homes has appointed Alison Manfield to the role of area sales manager.

She will oversee sales in developments across West Yorkshire including Meadowgate Park in Crossgates, Moor Croft in Mirfield and Apperley Green in Apperley Bridge.

Ms Manfield said: “Ben Bailey Homes has a reputation for providing excellent customer service and satisfaction, and I am excited to be joining such a strong team. It’s particularly exciting to be overseeing sales at such aspirational developments, where Ben Bailey Homes’ innovative new properties are being built.

“My aim is to help the company exceed its projected sales rate for the year, and to ensure that my team is happy as well as successful. Given the quality of the properties we are selling, I’m confident that we will achieve these goals.”

As well as coordinating sales across Ben Bailey Homes’ existing portfolio, another key aspect of Alison’s role will be to oversee the launch of new developments in Yorkshire.
